Orders, Deliveries & Returns

Can I ship to...?

You can track your order by signing into your account and searching your order number 48 hours after it is placed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Design Element reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Design Element cannot accept a return for or refund the following;

Items that have been altered or mishandled
Items with custom work or painting at time of sale
Special order items not listed in our catalog or on or site
Items that have been installed or show signs of instillation (marking, scratches, plumbers' putty, etc.) If an installed item is defective, please contact Customer Service for assistance in returning.
Other exclusions may apply

Design Element cannot accept a return for or refund the following;

To change or cancel your order, contact Customer Service at cs@designelementusa.com. We cannot accept changes or cancellations on some items, view our Return Policy.

Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Cancellation may be possible. Please keep in mind customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes as we require a physical address to ship.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S.

What shipping options are available?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not over inside delivery or white glove service.

Yes, we are able to change your shipping address. If you need to change your address after your vanity has shipped keep in mind there will be a fee. Rates vary by carrier

If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center. Call 888. 487. 4488 M-F 8:30-5:30, and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.

Tracking may take up to 48hrs from the date it shipped to show movement.

We do not provide parts or instructions on attaching our vanities to your wall as they are meant to be free standing

If the top is not already glued down, then yes. If the top came glued down then we DO NOT advise that you attempt to remove the top as you may damage the vanity.

The 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covers part replacement in the event of product failure in normal residential use.

Our products are offered through a number of different retailers like Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair.com, and other online retailers.

We do not current have or enforce any type of map pricing.

Design Element has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in the designelement.com ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our website, we urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.
