How do I track my order?
You can track your order by signing into your account and searching your order number 48 hours after it is placed.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Design Element reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Design Element cannot accept a return for or refund the following; Items that have been altered or mishandled Items with custom work or painting at time of sale Special order items not listed in our catalog or on or site Items that have been installed or show signs of instillation (marking, scratches, plumbers' putty, etc.) If an installed item is defective, please contact Customer Service for assistance in returning. Can I return customized items?

How can I cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order, contact Customer Service at cs@designelementusa.com. We cannot accept changes or cancellations on some items, view our Return Policy. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
Cancellation may be possible. Please keep in mind customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I ship too...?
Can I ship to a PO Box? At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes as we require a physical address to ship. Can I ship to an APO/FPO? Yes. Can I ship internationally? Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S.
What are your shipping times?

Do you offer white glove / inside delivery?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not over inside delivery or white glove service.

How do I attach the vanity to the wall?
We do not provide parts or instructions on attaching our vanities to your wall as they are meant to be free standing
What type of adhesive to use for mounting sinks?
Construction grade adhesive that is specifically for stone such SA Loctite PL-530
where is all the hardware located for my vanity?
The hardware comes attached to the vanity doors and drawers. delivery method.
Do I need to seal my top? (Marble and Quartz)
Marble: Yes, Quartz: No. Please see Care & Maintenance guide in our Help Center
Can you recommend a cleaner for my marble top?
Weiman products granite and stone cleaner Method daily granite and stone cleaner Weiman products quartz clean and protect Method wood for good daily wood cleaner.
Can I remove the countertop from my vanity to move it into the house?
If the top is not already glued down, then yes. If the top came glued down then we DO NOT advise that you attempt to remove the top as you may damage the vanity.
What does the warranty cover?
The 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covers part replacement in the event of product failure in normal residential use.
How do I remove myself from your mailing list?
Please email cs@designelementusa.com. Please allow 2-4 weeks to be effective.
What type of web browser does your website use?
We support Internet Explorer 10+ and the current releases of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari (Desktop and Mobile). To view all the features on our site, you must accept cookies, enable JavaScript and have Adobe Flash Player 9 or higher. While we do have limited support for older browsers, we strongly encourage you to upgrade your web browser
Am I able to change my shipping address?
Yes, we are able to change your shipping address. If you need to change your address after your vanity has shipped keep in mind there will be a fee. Rates vary by carrier
Can I delay the shipment of my order?
If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center. Call 888. 487. 4488 M-F 8:30-5:30, and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.
Why is the tracking not moving?
Tracking may take up to 48hrs from the date it shipped to show movement.
I was told my vanity arrived today and i still have not heard from the carrier?

How is tax estimated for my order?
Taxes are estimated based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address. Each state / province has different laws regarding the taxation of merchandise, freight and handling.
Can I purchase different handles than the ones that come with the vanity?
The handles are changeable if you wish to switch them out.

Which retailers sell Design Element products?
Our products are offered through a number of different retailers like Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair.com, and other online retailers.
Do you have Map pricing?
We do not current have or enforce any type of map pricing.
When I submit credit card information online is it secure?
Design Element has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in the designelement.com ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk.
